The Radius Group Story

Radius Group is a premier integrated fire and security provider and the parent company behind Radius Fire and Radius Security. As the company grew, their lean internal team was juggling marketing alongside day-to-day operations and client work, making consistency difficult to maintain. They wanted a strategic partner who could keep their brand visible, consistent, and credible in a high-trust industry. That’s where Studio3 came in.

Studio3 stepped in as an extension of the Radius team to build a marketing system that could run consistently alongside a small internal department. Rather than relying on one-off campaigns, we focused on an always-on visibility engine designed to support long B2B sales cycles and multiple brands. The strategy combined educational content, LinkedIn thought leadership, paid media, and SEO. The goal was simple: help Radius show up consistently in front of the right buyers.

Adding some Extra Marketing Muscle

From Plan To performance

Studio3 implemented a full-funnel content and visibility strategy across multiple channels. This included 14 keyword-optimized blogs, roughly 30 LinkedIn posts per month across four company pages, and always-on Meta advertising campaigns optimized weekly for reach and efficiency. Content was built around real buyer questions to support complex sales conversations. Close collaboration with leadership ensured faster approvals, clear priorities, and consistent output.

Year-End Strategy Sprint: Launching SCRAM With Confidence

At the end of the year, Radius partnered with Studio3 for a Strategy Sprint to support the launch of their new SCRAM product.

This Sprint wasn’t about theory,  it was about clarity.

Together, we:

  • Refined positioning for a new product in a complex market

  • Clarified target audiences and buying triggers

  • Mapped messaging directly to sales conversations

  • Aligned leadership, marketing, and execution priorities

The outcome was a clear, shared roadmap that allowed Radius to move into product launch mode with confidence, knowing their team, messaging, channels, and priorities were aligned.

For a lean team, this kind of clarity is a force multiplier.
